1. Controller
The controller for data processing on this website is the operator named in the legal notice (Impressum). Privacy enquiries: datenschutz@dealflug.de.
2. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated by an external hosting provider (data processing agreement). When you visit the site, server log files are processed automatically (IP address, date and time, requested page, referrer, browser and operating system) to keep the site secure and stable. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Logs are deleted or anonymised after a short period.
3. Cookies, local storage and consent
On your first visit we ask for your choice via a consent banner. Technically necessary storage (e.g. your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage, your language setting) is used without consent (Section 25(2) TDDDG). Statistics and partner scripts are only loaded after you consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can change or withdraw your choice at any time with effect for the future via the cookie icon at the bottom left of the screen. Your choice is stored for up to six months, after which we ask again.
4. Google Analytics 4 (only with consent)
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 through the “Site Kit by Google” plugin. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to evaluate website usage (e.g. pages viewed, approximate location, device type). Data may be transferred to Google servers, including in the USA, based on your consent and, where Google is certified, the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework adequacy decision. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without your consent, Google Analytics is not loaded.
5. Partner links and Travelpayouts (scripts only with consent)
dealflug is not a travel agency and is financed through partner (affiliate) links, e.g. to flight and hotel portals (Aviasales, Booking.com) and other providers (e.g. Klook, Yesim, GetTransfer). If you click a partner link you leave our website; the partner may set cookies to attribute the referral and processes your data under its own privacy policy. There is no additional cost for you.
With your consent we also load scripts of the affiliate network Travelpayouts (tpembars.com and connected domains). IP address, device information and the visited page may be transmitted to Travelpayouts and connected advertising partners. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG. Without your consent these scripts are not loaded; the links keep working.
6. Newsletter (Brevo)
If you subscribe to the newsletter we process your email address and chosen language to send you flight deals and a welcome email. Sending is handled by our service provider Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) under a data processing agreement. Legal basis: consent, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email. We store your data until you withdraw consent.
7. External images (Pexels)
Some travel photos are loaded directly from images.pexels.com, which transmits your IP address to the image provider. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (attractive presentation of our content).
8. Social networks and Telegram (links only)
We link to our profiles, e.g. on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Telegram. No social media plugins are embedded; data is only transferred when you click a link, and the provider’s privacy policy then applies.
9. Contact
If you email us we process your details to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them afterwards unless retention duties apply.
10. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future (Art. 7(3) GDPR). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR).
11. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the legal situation change.
