Casablanca is the economic heart of Morocco and a destination that uniquely combines Oriental tradition with a modern big-city atmosphere. With our casablanca flight and hotel package you get both from a single source: round-trip flight from Düsseldorf as well as three nights at the 4-star Hotel Transatlantique. For €438 per person you’ll experience four exciting days in a city that surprises many travelers.
🛂 Visa: Not required for German nationals (tourist stay).
Why Casablanca now?

Casablanca is more than the famous film classic. The city on the Atlantic coast offers genuine highlights: the Hassan II Mosque with its striking minaret right by the sea is one of Morocco’s best-known buildings and is accessible to non-Muslims on guided tours. Around the central Mohammed V Square you’ll find colonial Art Deco architecture that you can discover on a stroll through the center.
The Anfa district is a modern, well-kept neighborhood with wide boulevards, cafés and views of the Atlantic. The Corniche promenade invites you for a walk, and the Habous Medina offers a quieter, more manageable bazaar with craft shops. On the culinary side, you absolutely must try tagine, couscous and the famous Moroccan mint tea — Casablanca has numerous small restaurants where you can get these dishes authentically and cheaply. If you want to experience real city life, stroll through the Marché Central, a market with fresh fish and local specialties.
Casablanca flight and hotel: what’s included in the package
Our casablanca flight and hotel offer is deliberately kept simple and transparent: the round-trip flight from Düsseldorf costs €175 per person, with one stopover. The trip runs from January 21 to 24, 2027 — so you have three full days on site. Hotel Transatlantique Casablanca is a 4-star hotel in the Anfa district, and the double room costs €175 per night including breakfast. If we add half the double room per person for three nights (€262.50) to the flight price of €175, that gives a total price of €438 per person for flight and hotel.
Breakfast is included in the room rate, so you can start the morning relaxed. For everything else — excursions, food, local transport — you should plan a separate budget. Compared with many other short-trip destinations, this casablanca flight and hotel package offers good value for money, because flight and accommodation are clearly calculable. If you’re already thinking about getting to know Morocco, this casablanca flight and hotel deal is an uncomplicated introduction — without having to book flight and hotel separately.
Best time to travel & practical tips
January is a good time for a city trip to Casablanca. Temperatures during the day are usually in the pleasant range of around 17 to 20 degrees, and at night it cools down to about 10 degrees. Rain is possible in winter, so a light rain jacket belongs in your luggage. The city is noticeably quieter in January than in high season, so you can visit sights more relaxed.
On site you’ll get around well with petit taxis (the small, colored taxis) and the Tramway tram. Taxis are cheap, but make sure the meter is running or agree on the price before the ride. For sights, it’s worth starting in the morning before rush hour begins. A money-saving tip: tap water in Morocco is not suitable for drinking, so buy bottled water at the supermarket instead — that’s significantly cheaper than in tourist restaurants. Another tip: don’t exchange money at the airport, but at a bank or ATM in the city, where the terms are usually better. For the Hassan II Mosque, you should note the tour times in advance, as visitor numbers are limited.
The Hotel Transatlantique Casablanca
The 4-star Hotel Transatlantique is located in the Anfa district, a central and well-kept part of Casablanca. From here you can easily reach the center and the Corniche. The hotel offers a double room for €175 per night including breakfast — half the room share is already included in the package price of €438 per person. For a city trip the location is practical, because you have both the busy center and the more relaxed coastal promenade nearby.
